I. Course Description 

 
The continuous success of any organization depends on the results provided by its human resources. These results must be planned, reviewed, monitored and evaluated by managers and supervising executives to ensure that attainment of goals or objectives aligned towards the vision and mission of the company. 
In line with this, the main purpose of the PMS is to ensure and at the same time improve the attainment of results through a more effective:

• Performance review and monitoring
• Performance evaluation
• Developmental action planning
• Rewards and recognition

II. Objectives: 

 
The PMS shall make an important difference in the attainment of the company’s goals – both short and long term. This workshop shall impart to the participants the best practices in developing and installing PMS combining concepts of Management by Objectives (MBO), Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Competencies.

Lecture-discussion, workshop activities, presentation of individual outputs, role playing, and exchange of best practices in PMS shall be the learning activities that she employed. The program shall run for 3 straight days at 8 hours per day.

A ready to use PMS template shall be provided to seminar participants at no extra cost.

VI. Session Fee:
Regular session fee is P16,000.00 (exclusive of VAT) per participant. Meals will be served and training materials will be provided for attendees.

VII. Early Bird Registration: 
Registrants who sign up and pay the registration fee on or before February 22, 2013 are entitled to a 5% discount. 

VIII. Bundle Rate: 
A P500.00/participant discount will be given to companies with 3 or more attendees.

VIII. Cancellation Procedure: 
The following refund terms will be followed: 
Full refund on or before February 15, 2013 
50% refund February 16-22, 2013
25% refund February 23-March 1, 2013 
Registrants who cancel their registration on or after March 2, 2013 are not eligible for the refund.
